The City of Pontiac adopted Chapter 38, Article II, of the City Municipal Code and
the Michigan Emergency Management Act 390.P.A. 1976 known as City of Pontiac
Emergency Services Program. This ordinance is the foundation upon which the City
of Pontiac has build its emergency preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery
policies.
